①. Return Conditions
·We accept returns due to quality issues within 45 days of receipt of the goods.
·The returned goods must be kept in new, unused condition, and retain all original packaging and labels.
·No returns are allowed in the following cases:
·Goods that have exceeded the return period.
·Goods that have been opened, used or damaged.
·Customized or special items.
②. Return Process
·If you need to return the goods, please contact our customer service team first and provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.
·The customer service team will review your return application and contact you within 5 working days to inform you of the return address and other relevant information.
·Please properly pack the returned goods and choose a reliable logistics company to send them back.
·The return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.
③. Refund method
·We will process the refund for you within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions.
