A coupon cannot be used is always due to the following reasons:
1.It is blocked
2.It is expired
3.The precondition for using this coupon has not been satisfied.
For example, if you have a coupon like “save $5 for order over $50”, then you cannot use this coupon unless you order amount equal or more than $50.
4.It doesn't apply to products on sale.
Coupon has been used successfully.
