These experts collaborated with Aimpoint to create a sight specifically tailored for tactical applications. The innovative lens coatings on the sight housing drastically enhance the shape and clarity of the 2MOA red dot, ensuring optimal performance in various conditions. One of the notable features of the Micro 2 MOA Red Dot Sight is the addition of front and transparent rear protective flip-covers. These covers provide physical protection for the sight and have been designed to safeguard the adjustment turrets and electronic components from any potential damage. The sealed tube design of the sight guarantees that it remains unaffected by external elements such as snow, rain, dust, mud, or sand, allowing users to maintain focus on their target without any hindrance.

The Duty RDS (Red Dot Sight) offers a bright, crisp 2 MOA dot that’s ideal for short to medium-range target engagements. All new windage and elevation adjustments are flush mounted and waterproof, eliminating the need for protective caps. The turrets provide audible “clicks” when zeroing the optic. The dot brightness intensity switch is a digital keypad with intuitive buttons that can easily be manipulated while wearing gloves. The pressure forged aluminum alloy housing provides durability against extreme abuse and drastic temperature changes. The sight is vibration and shock resistant and submersible up to 80 feet. It is powered by a single CR2032 battery and ACET technology provides over 3 years of constant-on use at daylight position. The Duty RDS comes with a one-piece torsion nut mount and the optic features flip-up lens covers – the front is solid and the rear transparent.

The reticle clarity on the Aimpoint Duty RDS is on par with that of other Aimpoint optics. Its clear, high-quality optics paired with the adjustable 2 MOA red dot ensure quick and easy target acquisition.
The red dot remains fixed in place and does not shift during use, maintaining accuracy. Once zeroed in, the Duty RDS will hold its position reliably.
Equipped with a removable flip-up lens cover, the Duty RDS has a see-through back for emergency situations where shooting with both eyes open is necessary.
Exciting news, our Aimpoint RDS now includes two lens caps instead of the previous one. This update enhances the overall functionality and convenience of our RDS.

The windage and elevation adjustment are equipped with an Allen wrench, so you don’t have to find and use a multi-function tool yourself.
The turret adjustment clicks and is recessed enough into the case, meaning it works just as well without the protective cover. Adjust the red dot position up, down, left and right to aim at the target more accurately.

The Duty RDS 2 MOA Precision Red Dot Reticle comes with 10 different brightness settings, including 1 off position and 10 daylight settings. Its user-friendly design allows for easy operation even while wearing gloves.
Located on the left side of the optical housing, the brightness intensity switch is conveniently placed for quick access. The intensity buttons are straightforward to use - simply press the top up arrow button to increase brightness and the down arrow button to decrease it, enhancing light transmission adjustment.

Featuring a 20MM vertical mount, the RDS red dot sight is easily attachable to standard 1913 Picatinny rails. Notably, the mounting dimensions of Aimpoint Duty RDS are in sync with the T-1/T-2 Series, giving users access to a wide array of options that are currently available in the market.
